Refund policy

Exchanges can only be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customers own expense. We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

All exchanges must be returned in original condition. Any damaged items that have signs of use or do not conform with the 'The Rose Dynasty' return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us immediately with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. The Rose Dynasty will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.

By placing an order with The Rose Dynasty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
