How long will my roses last?
Our preserved roses will last up to 1-year
Is there any maintenance required?
No, the only requirements are to avoid direct sunlight and also avoid touching the roses themselves,this will allow the roses to have a longer life span.
How long does shipping normally take?
We use Australia Post for all our interstate orders. Standard shipping can take 2-8 business days and express shipping can be 1-4 business days.
These are only a guide as shipping can be unpredictable sometimes depending on time of year, parcels being delayed from courier etc.
How does your next day delivery work?
Provided you make the order before 4pm the previous day, you will receive the item the following day, this applies to Melbourne metro customers only.
Please email if you require urgent delivery in regional Victoria as we may be able to make exceptions.
